Sera, the Mage of Darkness

Alrighty folks, sorry about losing the "colored" version from before, so to help you guys out I threw this into Photoshop for a quick little one two pow

I know it's not much but I hope it helps with the coloring questions that aren't covered by any other piece.

Ok this is my infamous Mage of Darkness, Sera (her name literally means "dark")

This is actually really cool, I drew it entirely in colored pencils, so it might be too difficult for me to ink it. She underwent more changes, some of the transition you have not seen, however I suggest you look at the links below if you want to see where she started and what she looked like on her way to today.

Over the past few years (since her conception in either Oct '07 or '08) she has shifted and changed, her story becoming more and more complex, today I give you another version, probably one of my favorites.

Never before had I really drawn her with her right side of her face showing (well right to us, it's actually her left side) it actually has to do with the same reason as to why she has a small section of bangs that are white in color. When she was betrayed by her twin sister, the darkness swallowed her completely, she was cursed to never show her face in the light again, yet the darkness could not completely consume her because of her innocence in the crime her sister commited. Hidden behind her hair is actually a mark of the curse on her eye. She has always been so ashamed that she has kept her mark of punishment hidden, over the years she began to plot against the power that got her consumed, and that is generally where the whole plot snowballs.

This pic actually shows a different outfit for her, the top is still the same (sans fishnets) but this time she's wearing a skirt. You also get the chance (finally) to see what her boots look like under her pants (ish, she still has something over them, but that existed under her pants as well)
